Payment and Delivery
Delivery Methods
Delivery of orders placed through the online store hog.com.ua is available throughout Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories and other destinations where delivery is impossible or restricted for reasons beyond the Seller's control.
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta. For international shipments, Ukrposhta, Meest, or Nova Poshta may be used depending on the destination country, selected route, technical carrier availability, and the parameters of the specific shipment.
The cost of delivery is paid by the Buyer unless otherwise separately agreed with the Seller. The final delivery cost depends on the carrier's tariffs, parcel dimensions, weight, declared value, destination country or city, and any additional carrier services.
Processing and Shipping Times
Order processing begins after the order is received by the system and, where necessary, after payment confirmation or after all details are clarified with the Buyer.
Shipment of the order is carried out within 7 (seven) business days from the moment the order is confirmed by the Seller, unless another time period has been separately agreed with the Buyer.
For the purposes of this page, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding official holidays and non-working days under the laws of Ukraine.
The delivery period after the order is physically transferred to the carrier depends on the terms and operating schedules of the relevant delivery service and is not directly controlled by the Seller. For international shipments, delivery times may be longer depending on customs clearance, the destination country, and the carrier's internal procedures.

Payment Methods
Payment for orders on hog.com.ua is made using official and available payment methods on the website. The Seller may offer the Buyer one or more payment methods depending on the order contents, delivery country, technical availability of the payment service, and other circumstances related to order fulfillment.
The following payment methods may be used on the website:
- WayForPay — online payment by bank card through the WayForPay payment service.
- MonoPay — online payment through monobank / MonoPay payment instruments, if this option is available for the specific order at the time of payment.
- Bank transfer using seller's details — payment to the Seller's account using the provided bank details.
In the case of bank transfer, the Buyer shall make the payment to the Seller's account with the payment reference: "Payment for goods according to the order on hog.com.ua", unless another wording is separately provided by the Seller.

Additional Terms
Payment is considered completed from the moment the funds are actually credited to the Seller's account or from the moment the payment service confirms a successful transaction.
The Seller has the right to suspend shipment of the order until payment confirmation if prepayment is required for the specific order.
If a payment service is temporarily unavailable, the Seller may offer the Buyer an alternative available payment method without changing the essence of the order.
